Bike To Work Day

By spokesman | May 12, 2010

Bike To Work Day Logo

The League of American Bicyclists is promoting Bike-to-Work Week 2010 from May 17-21 and Bike-to-Work Day on Friday, May 21. Many individual cities are sponsoring events for Bike-To-Work Day.  In Washington D.C., WABA is helping to coordinate activities that day.  There will be pit stops set up all over the D.C. metro area.  Information can be found at WABA’s website. The registration information says that there will be T shirts for the first 8,500 people that register, so it should be a big event.  If you can’t participate in Bike-To-Work Day, WABA is sponsoring Bike DC on Sunday May 23.
